Town Justice Responsibilities
The town justice holds responsibility for both criminal and civil matters. These matters may range from small claims and legal monetary issues regarding property owners and renters to the handling of misdemeanors and other violations occurring within the boundaries of the town. Arraignment and preliminary hearings for felony offenses take place in the town court, as do cases concerning traffic infractions and misdemeanors.

Court for the Town of Boonville is held in the town and village office building located at 13149 State Route 12 every Tuesday evening at 5:30pm.
